What happens when I run out of credits?
Everything you have logged stays available. Barcode scanning still works, and you can buy a pack whenever you want to scan again. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play refunds. If an analysis fails in the app, retrying costs nothing and discarding it returns the credit.
