Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial to cancel. New accounts start with free credits instead: 20 for the first 100 accounts, 5 after that. No card is needed.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Everything you have logged stays available. Barcode scanning still works, and you can buy a pack whenever you want to scan again. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If an analysis fails in the app, retrying costs nothing and discarding it returns the credit.
